Modi's Sea-Plane trip: Tamil Tigers Used Sea-Plane in 2002

While for the first time in India - India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi used Sea-Plane during Gujarat Elections on December 12, 2017 - Tamil Tiger's of Sri Lanka (LTTE) used Sea-Plane in 2002.

Tamil Tigers used Sea-Plane to bypass Sri Lanka's Airports and landed in a lake called "Iranimadu" within Tamil Tiger control area in the Northern Province in 2002.
